Mushroom salad recipe from a subscriber:
0.5 kg. boil mushrooms after cutting them not finely, put them in a bowl, 1 piece of Bulgarian pepper cut into strips, 1 piece of carrots on a Korean grater, 1 cucumber into half rings 2 mm thick, 5 garlic cloves through a press, 1 tsp salt, 2 tsp sugar, 1 tsp paprika, 1 tsp coriander, 1/4 black and red pepper, 1 ds.l. 70% vinegar, dill and parsley greens in a bunch, 3 cut the onions into feathers, fry until golden brown in 7 tablespoons of vegetable oil, add to the salad, mix and let stand for 10-12 hours. You can make it from champignons or from oyster mushrooms, both taste good.
